Participant voluntarily agrees to participate in training and or classes conducted by all and any personal trainer utilized on the app/website. The participant certifies that by agreeing to this document they have been informed of the need to have physician clearance to participate in any training program and participant warrants and represents that he/she has no physical or mental disability, impairment or ailment preventing him/her from engaging in active or passive exercise/physical training that will be detrimental to his/her health, safety or physical condition if he/she does so engage or participate. Participant acknowledges that when he/she uses the programs and services does so at his/her own risk. Participant assumes full responsibility for any injuries and damages and hereby and forever release and discharge Get Up from any and all claims demands damages right or causes of action present or future whether the same be known or unknown anticipated or unanticipated resulting from or rising out of the participants use or intended use of the services.
